
We have launched a new Support Centre to allow us to provide even better support to our customers, as well as giving each customer a complete archive of their own past support tickets.
To raise a support ticket just visit www.anvilhosting.co.uk/support_centre and select to open a new ticket. By entering your Email Address and Ticket ID you can view the status of your tickets, view any replies from the Anvil Hosting support team and add additional information to your query.
You can still email support as normal (support@anvilhosting.co.uk) and request support from within your cPanel interface, where you will be automatically assigned a support ticket.
